Supervisor Ruth Griggs, Neabsco District Supervisor John Jenkins, Former Chairman Kathleen Seefeldt, Supervisor Maureen Caddigan and Supervisor Hilda Barg cut the ribbon on Tuesday May 18, 1999 to officially open the first segment of the new Cardinal Drive alignment which is adjacent to the Ferlazzo Government Center in the Neabsco District.


Supervisor John Jenkins, Past President of Virginia Association of Counties (VACO) confers in Richmond with Windy Wengo, President, VACO and Earl Reynolds, President of the Virginia Municipal League on the 1999 Legislative Priorities.
